I can’t log into my account. What should I do?

Try resetting your password:

1. Go to the log-in page: https://exitbeacon.com/my-account.

2. Click “Forgotten Your Password?”.

3. Enter the email address that you registered with on Exit Beacon’s website and click “Reset Password”.

4. An email will be sent to you with a reset link. Check your inbox, bin/spam, and junk folders in the next 5 minutes.

5. Reset your password by following the instructions, and then enter the new login information on the login screen.

Remember, your user name is the email address you used to register with us.
